A fresh, tooty fruity morning smoothie.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Orange juice
 - 1 Tbsp Shredded coconut
 - 1 cup Coconut yoghurt
 - 2 Banana
 - to garnish Cookie crumble
 - to garnish Mixed berries
 - to serve Barker’s Peach, Mango & Passionfruit Fruit Compote
 
Method
- Combine juice, coconut, yoghurt and the frozen bananas in a blender, blitz until well combined
 - Pour into serving glasses, dollop on Peach, Mango & Passionfruit Fruit Compote, sprinkle cookie crumble and garnish with fresh berries.
 - Serve cold!
