Add some zing to your Happy Hour with these NZ Lime & Elderflower Mojitos. Zesty, tasty and super easy to make with our Pressed Fruit Syrup.

Ingredients
- 1 handful Fresh mint leaves
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges
- 30 ml White rum
- 40 ml Barker's NZ Lime with Elderflower Fruit Syrup
- 200 ml Soda water
Method
- Half fill a glass with ice. Add mint leaves and lime.
- Pour in rum, if using, then add Barker’s NZ Lime with Elderflower Syrup.
- Top up with soda water, add a straw and serve.
