Syrups are a cornerstone of the Barker’s story. Since launching our iconic Blackcurrant Syrup in 1981, we’ve continued to innovate - bringing out new flavours and formats to suit a variety of occasions and uses. Now we have a new 500ml range of Fruit & Soda Syrups.

With 25% less sugar per bottle than our original fruit syrups, no artificial colours or flavours and no compromise on taste, this is a range that the whole whānau will enjoy.

Each bottle in this range makes up to 17 delicious drinks—just add still or fizzy water and mix to your taste! Whether you're hosting a BBQ, wrangling a family dinner, or throwing a kids’ birthday bash, this pantry staple is ready to bring the flavour. You bring the fizz; we’ll bring the fun!

Serve with plenty of ice for that extra-refreshing kick. Once opened, pop your syrup in the fridge so it’s ready whenever you are.

Peach & Mango

Enjoy the taste of summer year-round. This refreshing syrup blends sweet peach and juicy mango to create a flavourful, fruity drink everyone will love.

Orange Fizz

This one is a bottle full of sunshine. We’ve taken the juicy goodness of orange and turned it into a refreshing, zesty drink that the whole family will love.

Caffeine Free Cola

We’ve made a few tweaks to perfect our cola recipe, blending smooth dark malt with a zing of lemon for that classic cola taste. And because it's caffeine free, everyone will love the refreshing flavour.

Lemon, Lime & Bitters

We’ve brought our crisp and refreshing Lemon, Lime & Bitters into this new range. A blend a of zesty lemon and lime with a dash of bitters for a naturally bold soda syrup, ready for your summer BBQs.

Raspberry Lemonade

When we launched our Raspberry Lemonade last year, this flavour became a top seller. Kiwis were fizzing about the nostalgia of this timeless combo. We’ve combined lemon with the tangy sweetness of raspberries for a refreshing syrup. No changes to the recipe that you know and love, just a new 500ml bottle that fits easier in the fridge and is easier on the wallet.
