Traditionally brewed for a ginger kick. We batch brew root ginger until the spicy flavour has fully developed (but before it turns alcoholic!). Then we add a touch of natural sweetener which means less sugar and a clean, dry finish. Each 710ml bottle makes 25 drinks - just add fizzy water!
deliveryMix 1 part syrup with 6 parts fizzy water; or to taste. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.

Before dilution: Water, fermented ginger beer 25% (water, sugar, root ginger 10%, ground ginger, yeast), sugar, natural sweeteners (erythritol, steviol glycosides), lime juice from concentrate 3% (sulphites), acidity regulator (citric acid, sodium citrate), natural flavour, stabiliser (pectin), ginger, natural colour (caramel I), antioxidant (ascorbic acid).
