Peanut Butter and Squeezy Preserve Rolls

These Peanut Butter and Mixed Berry Rolls are a fun twist on the classic PB&J and perfect for the school lunchbox.

Ingredients
- 4 Kōripi parāoa (bread slices, sandwich slices of your favourite bread)
- 4 tsp Pata kūteretere (softened butter, optional)
- 4 tsp Pata pīnati (peanut butter)
- 4 Tbsp Your favourite Barker's Squeezy Fruit Preserve
Method
- Remove the crusts off the bread and flatten it out slightly with your hands.
- Spread each piece of parāoa (bread) with the pata (butter).
- Spread on the pata pīnati (peanut butter).
- Spread on the Barker's Squeezy Fruit Preserve.
- Roll up the bread. It is ready to eat.
