Peanut Butter and Squeezy Preserve Rolls

These Peanut Butter and Mixed Berry Rolls are a fun twist on the classic PB&J and perfect for the school lunchbox.

Ingredients

  • 4 Kōripi parāoa (bread slices, sandwich slices of your favourite bread)
  • 4 tsp Pata kūteretere (softened butter, optional)
  • 4 tsp Pata pīnati (peanut butter)
  • 4 Tbsp Your favourite Barker's Squeezy Fruit Preserve

Method

  1. Remove the crusts off the bread and flatten it out slightly with your hands.
  2. Spread each piece of parāoa (bread) with the pata (butter).
  3. Spread on the pata pīnati (peanut butter).
  4. Spread on the Barker's Squeezy Fruit Preserve.
  5. Roll up the bread. It is ready to eat.
