Mixed Berry Bars

Berry sweet and perfect for a lunch-box treat!

Ingredients

Base

Oat Crumble Topping

  • 150 g Plain flour
  • 120 g Quick cook oats
  • 150 g Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 140 g Butter, melted

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 175C. Line an 8x8 pan with baking paper on all sides and set aside.
  2. For the base: Combine ingredients and mix until the dough starts to come together.
  3. For the crumble: Mix everything except butter together. Add melted butter and combine until crumbly.
  4. Press the base into the prepared pan in an even layer. Squeeze Mixed Berry Squeezy Preserve onto the base. Top the Preserve with the oat crumble.
  5. Bake the bars for 30-35 minutes or until they are just golden brown.
  6. Allow the Mixed Berry Bars to cool before cutting into desired size and shape!
  7. Top with more Squeezy Jam and enjoy!
