Finger-licking Wings

Spice-lovers won't be able to stop licking their fingers after this fiery entrée.

Ingredients

To garnish

  • Spring onion, sliced
  • Sesame seeds

Method

  1. Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pour Barker’s Fiery Wings Marinade over the top, reserving a little for basting. Toss to combine and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat barbecue to medium heat or oven to 200ºC bake. Barbecue wings until cooked through, basting in the last 5 minutes of cooking for extra flavour. Alternatively, oven-bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through cooking and basting as needed.
  3. Sprinkle with sliced spring onions and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
