Finger-licking Wings

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 kg Chicken wing
- Barker’s Fiery Wings Marinade
To garnish
- Spring onion, sliced
- Sesame seeds
Method
- Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pour Barker’s Fiery Wings Marinade over the top, reserving a little for basting. Toss to combine and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat barbecue to medium heat or oven to 200ºC bake. Barbecue wings until cooked through, basting in the last 5 minutes of cooking for extra flavour. Alternatively, oven-bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through cooking and basting as needed.
- Sprinkle with sliced spring onions and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
