- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 sachet Amazonia coconut flesh
- 1 cup mango yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)
- 2 frozen bananas
- Barker's Peach, Mango & Passionfruit compote
- cookie crumble, to garnish
- fresh berries, to garnish
- Combine juice, coconut, yoghurt and bananas in a blender, blitz until well combined
- Pour into serving glasses, dollop on Peach, Mango & Passionfruit compote, sprinkle cookie crumble and garnish with fresh berries.
- Serve cold!
