Spiked Winter PunchPRINT RECIPE

- ⅓ cup Barker's Lemon, Honey & Ginger fruit syrup
- 2 cups water
- ⅓ cup whisky
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
- Cut the orange and lemon into small slices.
- Combine syrup, water, whisky, cinnamon sticks, orange, and lemon in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil and simmer for a further five minutes.
- Pour into two heat proof cocktail glasses. Decorate with cinnamon stick and a sprig of rosemary.
