INGREDIENTS

  • Kapiti Siced Apple Crumble ice cream
  • Anchor cream, whipped
  • Barker's Butterscotch Caramel sauce
  • caramelised apple slices, to garnish
  • crumbed pork scratchings, to garnish
  • freeze-dried apple, to garnish

METHOD

  1. Plate scoops of Kaiti spiced apple crumble ice-cream.
  2. Spoon on whipped Anchor cream.
  3. Drizzle over Barker's Butterscotch Caramel dessert sauce.
  4. Top with caramelised apple slices and garnish with pork scratchings and freeze-dried apple.
