- Kapiti Siced Apple Crumble ice cream
- Anchor cream, whipped
- Barker's Butterscotch Caramel sauce
- caramelised apple slices, to garnish
- crumbed pork scratchings, to garnish
- freeze-dried apple, to garnish
METHOD
- Plate scoops of Kaiti spiced apple crumble ice-cream.
- Spoon on whipped Anchor cream.
- Drizzle over Barker's Butterscotch Caramel dessert sauce.
- Top with caramelised apple slices and garnish with pork scratchings and freeze-dried apple.
