- ice cubes
- 1 shot spiced gin
- Pinot Noir Rose
- Barker's Redcurrant, Rhubarb & Rosehip Fruit Spritzer (ready to drink)
- fresh raspberries, to garnish
- sprig of mint, to garnish
- Scatter ice-cubes into the bottom of a tall glass.
- Add a shot of gin, 3/4 fill with rose wine and top to the brim with fruit spritzer.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries on a skewer and a delicate sprig of mint.
