Quince and Elderflower Refresher

We suggest you microwave the Quince Conserve for 20 seconds so it is a runny consistency before stirring to the mix.

METHOD

  1. 1/3 fill a pitcher with ice.
  2. In equal parts add Squeezed NZ Limes with Elderflower fruit syrup, Quince Paste and gin.
  3. Add a dash of lemon juice.
  4. Top with soda water and stir well.
