- 2 jalapeno slices
- 5 fresh ginger slices
- 5 mint leaves
- 15ml Barker's Orange & Barley with Passionfruit syrup
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 120ml Gingerale
- dehydrated orange slices, to garnish
- passionfruit pulp, to garnish
- Muddle jalapeno and ginger in a cocktail shaker.
- Break in the mint leaves.
- Add fruit syrup and lemon juice.
- Shake vigorously until combined.
- Add gingerale and stir until combined.
- Strain into cocktail glasses that have been filled with ice.
- Garnish with dehydrated orange, passionfruit pulp and fresh mint.
