Lemon Swirl Frozen Yoghurt

  • This can also be served unfrozen.
  • Pour over muesli or fruit salad for a breakfast treat.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Place the yoghurt in a large bowl.
  2. Stir through NZ Squeezed Lemon Curd in a rippled effect.
  3. Place the mixture in a plastic container or mould and freeze overnight.
  4. Place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to soften before serving.
