Lemon, Lime and Bitters Margaritas

INGREDIENTS

  • 250ml Barker’s Lemon, Lime and Bitters
  • 750ml sparkling or still water
  • 75ml tequila
  • 1 chip strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 8 basil leaves
  • fresh raspberries, skewered, to garnish

METHOD

  • Place all the drink ingredients in a large jug, cover and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  • Pour Lemon, Lime and Bitters mix into martini glasses and top with raspberry skewers.
