  • Add 1 Tbsp grated lemon zest for an extra ‘zing’.
  • Add 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger for even more ‘zing’.
  • For a low calorie option try Lite Lemon & Barley fruit syrup.

  1. Put Barker's syrup and yoghurt and basil leaves and ice into a blender and slowly add chilled water.
  2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and drink immediately.
