Lamb & Blue Cheese Pizza

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large pizza base (or gluten free base)
  • 200g Barker's NZ Onion Marmalade
  • 50g grated tasty or cheddar cheese
  • 170g diced lamb
  • 70g mozzarella
  • 15g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 8g fresh mint, crushed 

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 190ºC.
  2. Spread onion relish evenly over the pizza base.
  3. Sprinkle over tasty cheese, diced lamb, then top with mozzarella and crumbled blue cheese.
  4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
  5. Top with fresh mint before serving.
