Lamb & Blue Cheese PizzaPRINT RECIPE
- 1 large pizza base (or gluten free base)
- 200g Barker's NZ Onion Marmalade
- 50g grated tasty or cheddar cheese
- 170g diced lamb
- 70g mozzarella
- 15g blue cheese, crumbled
- 8g fresh mint, crushed
- Preheat oven to 190ºC.
- Spread onion relish evenly over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle over tasty cheese, diced lamb, then top with mozzarella and crumbled blue cheese.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
- Top with fresh mint before serving.
