Fruity Lemonade Ice BlocksPRINT RECIPE
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
TIP: Measurements will vary dependent on the size of your ice block moulds. You may need more or less of each component but feel free to judge this as you go.

- 2 cups water
- 2/3 cup Barker’s Citrus Lemonade Soda Syrup
- 1-2 nectarines, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves
- In a jug, combine water and lemonade syrup. Taste to see if the syrup flavour is strong enough, keeping in mind it will reduce once frozen.
- In a bowl, mix together nectarine, blueberries and mint leaves, then evenly distribute amongst the moulds. Top up with the lemonade mixture, set the sticks into the middle and freeze overnight or until completely frozen.
- Serve and enjoy.
