  • Also great with Barker’s Blackcurrant blends: Boysenberries, Cranberries or Raspberries
  • Replace with Lemon & Barley fruit syrup, use Earl Grey tea and add 1Tbsp fresh grated ginger for a refreshing change.
  • For a low calorie alternative, try Lite Squeezed NZ Blackcurrants.

  1. Simply place all ingredients in a teapot or heatproof jug.
  2. Strain to serve.
