Fruit Tea Warmers

- Also great with Barker’s Blackcurrant blends: Boysenberries, Cranberries or Raspberries
- Replace with Lemon & Barley fruit syrup, use Earl Grey tea and add 1Tbsp fresh grated ginger for a refreshing change.
- For a low calorie alternative, try Lite Squeezed NZ Blackcurrants.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Barker’s Squeezed NZ Blackcurrant fruit syrup
- 2 English Breakfast tea bags or 1 tbsp tea leaves
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh fruit and/or whole berries
METHOD
- Simply place all ingredients in a teapot or heatproof jug.
- Strain to serve.
