Fruit Fizz

Serves: 6-8
INGREDIENTS
- 250ml Barker's Squeezed Blood Orange with Lime & Bitters
- 1 mango, peeled and sliced
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 ripe peach, halved, stone removed and sliced
- 2 apricots, halved, stones removed and sliced
- 1.5L soda water, well chilled
- ice
METHOD
- Pour Squeezed Blood Oranges with Lime & Bitters into a large jug and add sliced fruit.
- Cover and place in fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from fridge and stir in soda water.
- Serve in a punch bowl or pour straight into glasses filled with ice.
