Classic Gin & TonicPRINT RECIPE

A classic G&T using your favourite Gin with our Indian Tonic syrup and sparkling water.
- 30ml Barker’s Classic Indian Tonic Premium Mixer Soda Syrup
- 30ml Gin or non-alcoholic spirit (such as Ecology & Co.)
- Cucumber ribbons
- Garnish: rosemary sprigs, lemon wedges
- Wrap one or two cumber ribbons around the inside of a tall glass and fill with ice
- Add 30ml Barker’s Classic Indian Tonic Premium Mixer Soda Syrup
- Add 30ml Gin (or to taste) and fill with sparkling water. Add a sprig of rosemary to stir and squeeze in some lemon fading the squeezed wedge to the glass.
