Captain’s G&T
PRINT RECIPE
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass. Turn glass upside down onto a saucer of sugar. Shake off excess sugar and garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
INGREDIENTS
- 30mls gin (we used Lighthouse Gin)
- 15mls Barker’s Lite Lime fruit syrup
- Tonic
METHOD
- Shake the gin and syrup in an ice-filled shaker.
- Strain into a heavy tumbler filled with ice cubes.
- Top with tonic.
