Blood Orange BelliniPRINT RECIPE
- 125ml Barker's Squeezed Blood Oranges with Lime & Bitters
- 75ml Grand Marnier
- 750ml bottle Prosecco, well chilled
- blanched orange rind or candied clementine, to finish
- lime wedges
- Pour Squeezed Blood Oranges with Lime & Bitters into a jug. Add Grand Marnier, pour in the Prosecco and carefully stir to combine.
- Serve in glasses served with ice.
- Top with blanched shreds of orange, or for a little something extra, pieces of candied clementine.
- Delicious with a fresh lime just before serving.
