Apple & Raspberry Tarts

Try alternating apple slices with other fruit, such as peach, nectarine and rhubarb for delicious fruity combinations.

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Line mini tart dishes with sweet short pastry
  3. Thinly slice apple and arrange at the base of the tart
  4. Generously spoon and spread Raspberries fruit preserve atop each tart
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden
  6. Cool and dust with icing sugar
  7. Serve warm with ice cream or yoghurt
