Apple & Raspberry Tarts
PRINT RECIPE
Try alternating apple slices with other fruit, such as peach, nectarine and rhubarb for delicious fruity combinations.
INGREDIENTS
- sweet short pastry sheets
- apple
- Barker's Raspberries fruit preserve
- icing sugar
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Line mini tart dishes with sweet short pastry
- Thinly slice apple and arrange at the base of the tart
- Generously spoon and spread Raspberries fruit preserve atop each tart
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden
- Cool and dust with icing sugar
- Serve warm with ice cream or yoghurt
