Crunchy Salad TopperToss your favourite blend of seeds, nuts or oats in any vinaigrette or lighter style dressing and bake to make a delicious salad sprinkle. Be sure to watch the oven as it can burn easily! FIND RECIPE
Crispy Citrus Soy Tofu (or Chicken)
Drain and dry tofu or chicken. Pat dry to remove as much moisture as possible. Toss in a bag of cornflour. Add a drizzle of your favourite vinaigrette and shake again. Shallow fry for a quick and yummy salad addition. FIND RECIPE
Dice chicken, lamb or beef and thread onto skewers. Marinade in your favourite vinaigrette or lighter style dressing, then grill. Drizzle again after cooking for an extra flavour punch. Also perfect with vegetable skewers. Try a cube of haloumi between your favourite veges. FIND RECIPE
