1/2 cup Barker’s Lemon & Barley Fruit Syrup 1/2 cup natural unsweetened yoghurt 2 cups low fat milk 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger Grated zest of 1 lime 1 cup crushed ice
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and drink immediately.
Tips/Hints Add 1 peeled and chopped banana Replace lime zest with two finely chopped kaffir lime leaves If no blender available, use a food processor
Ensure the yoghurt does not contain any gluten thickeners
