Ingredients
300ml Cream 1 egg, separated (yolk beaten) 400g pack Barker's Chocolate Patisserie Filling 2 x 50g Cadbury Crunchie bars (1 1/2 roughly chopped, 1/2 sliced)
Method
Whip cream into a soft whip then gently fold in the beaten egg yolk and Barker's Chocolate Patisserie Filling Beat egg white until stiff peaks form then gently fold into the above mixture with the roughly chopped Crunchie bar. Spoon into individual dishes and chill for 30 minutes. Just before serving, garnish each dish with the sliced Crunchie bar.
