1/2 cup Barkers Lemon & Barley Fruit Syrup 1/2 cup natural unsweetened yoghurt 2 cups chilled water 1 cup crushed ice 20 medium-sized basil leaves
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and drink immediately.
Tips/Hints Add 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest for an extra ‘zing’ Add 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger for even more ‘zing’
