3/4 cup Barker's Orange & Barley with Passionfruit Fruit Syrup 1/2 cup coconut milk 400g can pineapple segments in juice 1 cup iced water 2 cups flaked/crushed ice Simply blend everything together in a blender and serve
Tips:
- Replace the pineapple with a can of mangoes.
- For the adults, add 1/2 cup vodka.
Ensure the coconut milk does not contain any gluten thickeners or simply make your own by grating fresh coconut, madding water and squeezing through a seive or muslin cloth.
