1/2 cup Barker’s Lemon & Barley Fruit Syrup1/2 cup natural unsweetened yoghurt2 cups low fat milk1 tablespoon grated fresh gingerGrated zest of 1 lime 1 cup crushed ice
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and drink immediately.
Tips/HintsAdd 1 peeled and chopped bananaReplace lime zest with two finely chopped kaffir lime leavesIf no blender available, use a food processor
