Fruit Tea Warmers

No easier way to make hot fruit teas
Serves 4

1/2 cup Barker’s Blackcurrant Fruit Syrup
2 English Breakfast tea bags or 1 Tbsp tea leaves
4 cups boiling water
1/2 cup sliced fresh fruit and/or whole berries

Simply place all ingredients in a teapot or heatproof jug.
Strain to serve.

Tips/Hints

  • Also great with Barker’s Blackcurrant & Boysenberry, Cranberry or Raspberry Fruit Syrups
  • Replace Barker’s Blackcurrant fruit syrup with Barker’s Lemon & Barley fruit syrup, use Earl Grey tea and add 1Tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • Simply use 1/2 cup of Barker’s Fruit Syrup instead of milk in your regular cup of tea
