Captain's G&T

30 mls gin (Barker's prefers Lighthouse Gin)
15 mls Barker’s Squeezed New Zealand Lime Fruit Syrup
tonic

Shake the gin and syrup in an ice-filled shaker.
Strain into a heavy tumbler filled with ice cubes.
Top with tonic.

Tips

• Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass.
• Turn glass upside down onto a saucer of sugar.
• Shake off excess sugar.
• Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
